I need one of you to volunteer to film Wednesday's Open Mic Night as well as locate a camera. Ben? Can we borrow your camera again?
ReplyDeleteAnd on that note, how has uploading the footage gone thus far?
Keep me posted!
Rachel, WRC Program Coordinator
Hey y'all,
ReplyDeleteMy name's Jeremiah Childers, and I'm the designated "group communicator" for the media committee.
If you're on the committee, please send me an email at jchilders88@gmail.com so that we can get started/organized/etc.
So far the Writ N' Rhymed Open Mics have been going well, and tonight is our third week. We need someone to film, someone to edit the film (I think the name 'Ben' was thrown out there), and we can collectively create a YouTube channel.
I made a facebook group page, which you're all welcome to join. I can't paste it into this comment box for some reason, so you can find it by searching 'Writ N' Rhymed: UofI Poetry'.
Again, if you're on the media committee, please send me an email so we can get this ball rolling!
